Hour Reallocation Exceptions
Shared across everyone using this tool — no re-entry needed each week
Some people's hours are tracked under one role (e.g. Feature Editor) but actually
cover work for a different bucket on a specific brand (e.g. news editing on Hunker).
Add an exception below to reallocate those hours when calculating balances.
If the hours don't belong to any editing or writing bucket at all — e.g. board/admin
time — set "Should Count Toward" to Not counted (admin/other) and those hours
will simply be removed rather than shifted elsewhere.
Exceptions apply every time you load a new export, as long as the person's name
and brand match.

Excluded Editors
Editor hours ignored network-wide — people assigned other tasks who are not actively editing
Any editor on this list will have their news and feature editor hours removed from all brand calculations. They will still appear in the debug modal with a strikethrough so you can see who was excluded.

Feature Writer Exclusions
Removes one person from one brand's Feature Writer (COUNTA) count only
Use this when someone's Features Rate is picking them up as a feature writer for a brand
they don't actually write features for — e.g. a per-word news contributor on one brand
whose rate is also tied to a "Writer For" or "Editor For" entry on another brand where
they don't write features. This only removes them from that one brand's COUNTA; they'll
still count normally for any other brand they're legitimately tied to.
