Editor Capacity Planner

Some people's hours are tracked under one role (e.g. Feature Editor) but actually cover work for a different bucket on a specific brand (e.g. news editing on Hunker). Add an exception below to reallocate those hours when calculating balances. If the hours don't belong to any editing or writing bucket at all — e.g. board/admin time — set "Should Count Toward" to Not counted (admin/other) and those hours will simply be removed rather than shifted elsewhere. Exceptions apply every time you load a new export, as long as the person's name and brand match.

Any editor on this list will have their news and feature editor hours removed from all brand calculations. They will still appear in the debug modal with a strikethrough so you can see who was excluded.
